By accessing or using Sodot at sodot.my(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sodot is a task management application that allows users to organize projects, manage tasks, create documents, and optionally sync with Google Calendar. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (tasks, documents, comments, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious content or code.

6. Google Calendar Integration

The Service offers optional integration with Google Calendar. By enabling this feature, you authorize us to read and write calendar events on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
